My Cell Prison - Chapter 58
Pasha was originally somewhat surprised but noticed a little problem upon closer inspection.
“The rascal has not formed his plague physique completely and is only using that Ghoul’s arm of his to control the Plague. But honestly, wanting to completely achieve a Plague physique and become adept with Plague Control within two weeks’ time should be completely impossible. It is as what Mr. Black and White said, just doing targeted training with that arm of his as the heart of the process would do.”
She waited for approximately 30 minutes, and the various bacteria on Han Dong’s body slowly disappeared.
This period of time where Han Dong had completely devoted himself toward Plague Control could very well have felt like a fleeting moment in his mind.
Pasha had one hand raising her wine bottle as her other free hand pointed toward Han Dong, “Not bad. You’ve managed to learn the most basic Plague Control all by yourself! Let me inspect your arm very carefully again.”
“Okay.”

For the rest of the time, Han Dong followed Pasha as she began to impart her knowledge toward Plague as well as its utilization… Pasha had some rather unique views toward Plague Control that were not covered in the book.
After a full day of individual tutoring, even Pasha was tired to the point of exhaustion.
The underground office space had already been converted into Pasha’s personal living space, even having a bathroom set up with a water pipe that came connected from within the Spire.
“Aren’t you taking a break?!”
Instructor Pasha did not have any particular misgivings herself, directly walking out from the bathroom with just a towel wrapped around her, while she held a wine bottle in one hand.
She was walking over to the lounge when she discovered that Han Dong had no plans of sleeping and was earnestly poring over books by the desk, his right hand still furiously jotting down notes at the same time.
In fact, Han Dong did not even turn his head for a peek despite having such a lovely ‘scene’ behind him.
“Mhmm… Instructor Pasha, you go on ahead and get some rest. It’s a habit of mine to only sleep after I’ve solved the problem bouncing around in my head.”
*Slam*
All of a sudden, a bottle of red wine landed on the desk, breaking Han Dong’s concentration.
“This is some wine with low alcohol content. Your body should have no problem with it… You’re my apprentice, so you’ll have to learn how to drink. Otherwise, the next few years that we’re going to spend together is going to be so meaningless! Drink a bit while you read, it would even help perk you up.”
“Ahem… Sure.”
Now that Han Dong’s train of thought had been interrupted, he glanced over to Pasha and his eyes lined up with below her neckline.
Just how much can one towel cover? Furthermore, Han Dong had never been in such close proximity to women for over 30 years, not to mention the fact that this was a young female teacher with such a great figure, only wrapped up in a bath towel.
At that moment, Han Dong could feel his mind go blank as he felt blood rush inside his body.
This Nicholas body nearly fainted just from taking in such an indescribable view… So he quickly turned away.
“Haha… So you were just engrossed in the book, and it’s not because you’re impotent! Remember to drink the wine, I’m going off to bed first.”
Pasha only left Han Dong alone as she wanted after seeing the youth’s embarrassed reaction.
The indescribable scene lingered in Han Dong’s mind for quite some time, hard to rid himself of as he felt it influence his thoughts.
Suddenly, Han Dong tried to replace his train of thought.
“Okay, stop imagining things… Wait a minute! The contour I just saw is the number ‘3’ right? And the dimensionless parameter for acquiring a Plague Physique is 300, so…”
Han Dong successfully got his thoughts back on track and continued to immerse himself in the ocean of knowledge.
“That rascal.” Instructor Pasha was leaning behind the lounge door, drinking her wine as she spied on Han Dong.
“Perhaps he’s really a different breed…”
Han Dong was originally a straight A student, so the moment he started his studies, he would often end up forgoing sleep and meals and was no stranger to burning the midnight oil.
The moment he could feel that his mind was failing to keep up, feeling like he was putting in twice the effort for half the work, he would then fall into a deep sleep, having complete control of his studies in such a manner.
Maintaining this high intensity learning and training, a week of his life very quickly passed in the Old Sewers.

Over by the Adventurer’s Guild inside the National Royal Knights’ Academy, there would always be a stream of Trainee Knights entering the premises every day.
Most of them would be 2-star and above, checking to see if there were any Bounty Assignment suitable for them.
********
Author’s note: 2-star mean Knights who have allocated 2 Fate points. This abbreviation will be used accordingly from here onward.
********
There were mainly two types of Bounty Assignments.
One would be the ‘explicitly known’ type, where professional members have already done a detailed investigation of the assignment and all the information has been detailed on the Bounty list, and there would not be any large deviations from what was stated.
There were not too many of such assignments as they would instantly be snatched up the moment they were publicly released.
The other type was considered ‘unknown’ and was more for emergency situations. They were also the cursory reports of some security branches. They were Bounty Assignments that were listed at the last minute that would often greatly diverge in terms of what the assignment entailed.
There were a lot more assignments of this type, but due to how the difficulty might greatly fluctuate, not many would take them up.
The Bounty Assignment that Knight Kaz and Han Dong worked together to complete the last time was the second type.
Today, the 3-star Crusader Kaz Martini had made his way to the Adventurer’s Guild once again, and his suit of silver armor had been completely repaired.
However, the reason that he was coming over this time was not simply to see if there were any suitable Bounty Assignments for him to pick up, but he was meeting with a group of his friends at the same time as well… After all, there was still a week left till the next Space of Destiny began.
As a 3-star ‘Crusader’ and a Silver ranked Adventurer, Kaz was already considered to be a Trainee Knight with quite a bit of reputation.
He had temporarily rented a room on the second floor of the Adventurer’s Guild and was waiting for his friends to arrive.
“Brother Kaz.”
In no time, a girl with long flowing blonde hair knocked on the door and entered, and slung on her back was a sacred crystal magic staff that was taller than she was.
A 3-star ‘Library’, the woman was an expert in Holy magic and she had once cleared a Space of Destiny together with Kaz… A single look and it was apparent that she was focused on support and healing.
The girl spotted the blonde haired Knight Kaz and her cheeks immediately blushed pink.
“Phia… Are you accustomed to your Fate Weapon yet?”
Sophia stuck her tongue out cheekily, “Of course I am, I am now able to do ‘3 point-1 line’, using the magic staff to strengthen my Holy magic.”
Following that, Sophia went over and somewhat awkwardly took a seat beside Kaz.
The two of them had already worked together before in two separate Space of Destiny Scenarios, so there was complete trust between the two…
Just as Sophia was thinking about whispering something, someone knocked on the door.
In the next moment, a brown haired boy wearing a set of cool protective metal goggles poked his head in, adorned with some fairly exaggerated copper accessories and all sorts of metal protective gear.
However, the most eye-catching item out of the lot was a homemade sniper rifle he had with a scope that could achieve upward to 4 times optical magnification. Its precision had already undergone strict modifications and corrections.
This youth was not exactly tall, merely measuring somewhere around 1.65m (around 5 feet and 4 inches tall) in height.
He was a 3-star ‘Machinery’, proficient with rifle construction and ranged attack.
“Leader Kaz! Sister Phia!”
“Koslin, long time no see!” Kaz immediately got up to greet the lad.
Koslin was a genius, Kaz could already tell from the first time that he worked together with him… Koslin was able to create all sorts of mechanical implements whenever they needed to deal with the various battle situations that they were in, greatly increasing the team’s adaptability.
“Leader, haven’t you called anyone else?”
“I’ve previously met a friend when I was out dealing with a Ghoul Assignment, but he’s only a 2-star. I wish to seek your opinion on him, see if we should pull him into the party for the coming Space of Destiny Scenario.”
“2-star? What’s his specialization?”
“Mysticism.”
The moment he said this, even Sophia, who was quite taken with Kaz, furrowed her brows.
Mysticism covered a broad spectrum, and Mystics were not particularly useful before they were recognized as an official Knight.
Koslin considered his leader’s suggestion before giving a tactful response, “Boss Kaz… A 2-star Mystic would just be a little bit stronger than an average human being in terms of their perception, right? I think it is best if you call this person over and let everyone get to know him better… We can use a Bounty Assignment to gain a better understanding of his true strength before we head off into the Space of Destiny. If he’s truly capable, we’ll of course extend an invitation to let him join us.”
